Some people are not getting jobs because of what is posted on their myspace and livejournal accounts. If there is any profanity or pictures of you drunk on there the companies do search the website and they do look at your pictures and read what you wrote in order to find out what type of person you are. The same goes for facebook.. I just found

myspace particularly has been hitting the news because you don't have to be a member to search, and there are a lot of different ways to search for people. Facebook is also pretty controversial too, since you can register as an alum and check up on people during the hiring process.
