I bet they either chose them or had them made specifically for that reason. The coats really do help make the routine stand out a little more.

And really add to the "flying" effect they're looking for, like The Matrix or vampires. I bet they did have them special-made.

I wish I could see that 'up in the air then pull back' move looked like from straight on.
