According to this formula; ([W + (D-d)] * TQ) / (M * NA) where W=weather, D=debt, d=monthly salary, T=time since Christmas, Q=time since failed quit attempt, M=low motivational levels, and NA=the need to take action; January 24 is the most depressing day of the year ( Read more... )

Is it a realistic formula? I mean, I don't understand how you quantify weather as a variable...or how you could multiply weather by time since Christmas.
