Jealousy

So while I was taking my shower i realized what one of my many flaws is and that is that i am extremely jealous... I dont know why i am like that but it is really screwing me up and I really dont know what to do to control it... i know some people might just say dont let it get to you but I dont know why but jealousy has some kind of connection

I think that first you need to decide that whomever your getting jealous over is really worth it! i mean, is this person worth losing a friend? most likely the answer is no. then you need to decide what it is about your friend you are jealous of... that says a lot about yourself. its probably something you feel your lacking, and thats just a self- esteem problem.... no one can fix that but you. sorry to be so blunt... i hope i helped.
