For some reason I feel that there is an issue of double standards at my work.... I work my a** of everytime i work and i am still doing the same thing that I have been doind for a year and there are certain people that have only been working there for 3 months and they are getting paid the same as me... And he is a male... And at the same time

yup, Maybe they have more experience than you... and even if they wont do it...shldnt that mek you work less hard? i would.

Also, I think Women should be treated the same also. In the work force, and in life. But on that same token, They should be treated the same, when a guy hits a girl. When guys hit guys, whatever right? But when a guy hits a girl, and the same thing happens as if he were to hit a guy...then this world will be equal.
