Me: I would like to apply my Fido dollars to my previous purchase of the iphone4. The guy in the store said he was too busy and that it would be easier if you just called the Fido Billing after I got home

wow now that is when you ask to speak to their boss, with computers they had better know you did or tell them you didn't get the phone and your still on your old plan (that is hopefully a cheaper one) :)
