The battle at P'ohang-dong Girl's Middle School. 71 student soldiers held the school for 11 hours against a steadily increasing horde of NK soldiers. 48 died (not all of them).
The battle of P'ohang-dong was ultimately won by supply lines. The Nokdang River was defended at P Girls', the supply lines kept open for the SK/US troops, and the NK had to retreat because their own lines were cut.
