Kira got another bath last night (a follow up measure from a month ago). Afterwards I set up the heating pad on the bed, put a couple of towels over it and set her on top. She stayed there, licking furiously until about midnight. When I went to bed, I turned off the heating pad, and set it on the floor (I was too tired to put it away

I saw a thing in the Drs FosterSmith catalog, It was a cat bed/heating pad that had a sensor in it. If a cat got in it it would turn on, it would turn itself off when the cat got out. Looked kind of nifty.
