so, i had a growth thing on the side of my body since christmas and it was growing bigger and getting in the way! i went to the doctors last week and he says it's where the blood vessel sort of routes the wrong way or something. i'm not sure. anway, i had it removed on friday. it was such a weird experience. first, i had to have the local

Symbols...I know the Freemasons have the hammer and the sickle (or is that the Communists? I could be wrong. :3), and I think there were Freemasons in England AND America, but that's a loose guess.

America also uses the flag as a symbol, after 9/11 everyone had flag pins to symbolize their patriotism.

I'll try to think of some more for you. x)

I also thought of the rainbow flag for gay people, but that's not exactly a country. I'm at work so I'm going to stand here and do research about symbols. x)

i love those jesus fish things! :) i'm not sure if i've seen them over here but i've seen them on tv and stuff! :)
i will definitely look into religious symbols more because it would be good to explore which religions exist in different countries :p
i think a lot of cultures respect and sometimes even worship astrological stuff, so that's a good idea too! :)
