INGREDIENTS:
- 8 large eggs (or 11 med.), hard-boiled & peeled
- ½ - ⅔ c. mayonnaise
- 2 bunches green onion, finely chopped
- ½ bunch of celery, finely chopped
- 1 lg. jalapeño pepper, de-seeded, finely chopped
