I stepped on a scale the other day after avoiding it for nearly 4 years, by my estimate. The result?
Well, the good news is that I weigh exactly the same as I did 5 years ago.
The bad news is that I weigh exactly the same as I did 5 years ago. I'm way over my fighting weight from graduation and the addition of stairs in my life has not helped much but give my joints a workout. *sigh*
