What Do We Call It?

Wattsalpoag had its first party game on the diving board, ready to jump off, when we hit a little snag. The game was to be called, 'Tastes Like Chicken'. Well, this last summer another company came out with a card game named exactly that. Things have kind of ground to a halt because of it. So, we're in the market for a new - if only slightly ( Read more... )

You're right - if I'm going to offer Gator (which should also be 'Gator), I should probably have it 'Possum! :)

Thanks!

Tastes Like Roadkill

*sporfle*

Tastes Like...? is probably my real choice. Leaves it open and most people will add "chicken!" on that anyway. *grin*

We actually thought about The Other Pink Meat, which has been a joke with us about Spam. :)

Tastes like ...?

I actually like that better than Tastes Like Chicken. It'd make me more inclined to pick up the box and look for the answer. Plus it suggests something about the game (which I presume involves having to come up with descriptions or definitions?)

The other ones just put me off. They all make me go "ick."

Yours is the first doubled-up vote! People have been all over the place with their votes and suggestions. Ironically, you've matched my wife's vote - though, she's pushing for It Tastes Like Chicken, believing it different enough to avoid problems with the card game. :)

Thanks - and nice to hear from you!

Okay, I'll chime in here and run with the amended idea of "Tastes like . . . ?" I like the opened ended factor. Not sure I'd want my board games tasting like possum anyway. LOL! Okay sorry, bad joke. *hangs head* Hee . . .

You'd love a game tasting like 'possum, and you know it! :)

And since you went to the trouble of voting in different areas for me, I'll go ahead and put both votes in - though, your second pick will be identified as such. (Two other people have done the same sort of thing.)
