I'm doing this review basically because I'm super thankful, and I want to share such a thing that may be beneficial to any of you suffering from the same issues that I've had (which seem to be at least a handful of you guys). Anxiety, depression. Emotional instability. Feelings of paranoia or irritability for no real reason. These feelings come ( Read more... )

Definitely. According to FitDay, i'm getting about 10,000% of B12 alone :) The surplus comes from the supplement i'm taking. They recommend taking a supplement if you want the serious benefits of any particular vitamin.

reading this made me think of one of those weight loss infomercials. I will however be investing in some of these vitamins very soon, so this is much appreciated

Quick question. I can't swallow pills, vitamins, ect. so I grind them up in order to take them. I bought the B complex vitamins last night from walmart, and some biotin pills a while ago, and crushed them up and put them into a drink. Do you think that I'd get the same effects as if I were to swallow them?

Sure! You could probably just drink them in OJ or water since they're all water soluble.

"Why spend money on expensive medications when you may not have to? For less than $10, you can be on your way to an effective, natural solution with no side effects or withdraw complications."

I love you even more for saying this.
Yes,I'm always from natural/herbal solutions for whatever ills you.
You don't become addicted, won't have any weird side affects,& on top of that..vitamins are actually inexpensive.
My family is all about taking vitamins,we have bottles upon bottles of them of all different sorts.I've been slackin'..I haven't been taking mine =X,but I'm going to hop back on it.Thank you for this review.More & more young people are getting presrcibed meds that they really don't need & getting addicted to them. We[people in the USA] should do more research on natural/herbal supplements♥

Speaking of withdraws, Trent ran out of his meds a couple weeks ago, and had such dizzy spells that he fell & twisted his ankle :/ So yeah, I'm super thankful that I didn't go that route.

Vitamins are great, they really are. Not only that, since I've been taking biotin my hair has grown almost an inch in just 2 weeks. And that is crazy growth for me.

Its just awesome because I've been praying about all of this...I really feel 'led' because taking these simple steps have taken care of alll these things I've been praying about. So I want to share this with everyone, yanno...I know its helping the people I care about IRL, just sharing the wealth (and buying my friends vitamins ;p)
