Also, if I had to choose between transferring to Loyola in Fall 2006 and staying at svsu so i can study in Spain for their Fall 2006 program, what do I choose? This is so hard...Someone please help me out...

A friend here transferred to Albion this semester from Loyola... she found the school's religious atmosphere much too claustrophobia-inducing. But I dunno dawg, go there and hang out a weekend and try to imagine yourself there.

yeah i hung out there last weekend and i could sooo picture myself there. i mean, chicago is like my home. and i absolutely love the people i met last weekend... i made more friends in 1 weekend at Loyola than I have all semester at svsu. it's mostly the people being the reason i want to transfer... plus transportation around chicago would be free... which is good... and loyola's an excellent school... i dono i just feel claustrophobic at svsu cuz theres literally no one at svsu like me, except for maybe 2 people.. whom i havent met yet. lol. and the few ppl i met at loyola are friggin exactly like me. but then again, i totally understand where you are coming from too.. this is tough. but thank you for sharing that with me, i didnt even think about that

Excellent! I'm happy for you then and support you on that.

It is $30k a year, but a meaningful college experience always win out. Even if you have to survive off loans (as I'm doing).

haha aww, i'm glad for you and i hope it is paying off! which it seems like it is. i am proud of you for going and doing your thing at Albion instead of staying around here. I always said I'd never get stuck in Saginaw for all of my college years. But so yea I mean if I go to Loyola I'd eventually be coming back to like U of M hopefully for grad school, so I just think that instead of wasting my four least stressful college years at some school that I don't like that I should do it somewhere that I love. But the main problem (besides $$!!!!) is Spain. What a dream that would be to live there! arg. haha anyways but really thanks for the help Erich. It means a lot =).

yeah i'd most likely get to live in Spain for the fall semester, which is like a dream come true. but i've also always wanted to move back to chicago... and i figure i might as well try it while the buses and El trains are paid for by the school ya know? hmm.
