on whiskey road in aiken, on the way to my parents' house: i saw a billboard that said, "everyone gets a second chance... 2006."

i have absolutely no idea what to expect for this year, except for ridiculousness.

my mom's friend / my aunt's neighbor took me shopping today. she likes me a lot, because i'm an outspoken college dropout with nine tattoos and "i just rolled out of bed" raccoon eyes. if someone sees me as a commodity, it's probably because i've created that image for myself. we went to a record store called "fingerprints" where i bought these ( Read more... )

we went to seal beach, as there were supposedly twenty- to thirty-foot waves; however, we apparently missed the really big waves and only saw, like, ten-foot tall ones. there were tons of people at the beach. it was really hazy and the sun was setting. it was sort of cool ( Read more... )

my mom doesn't care that i smoke, and my aunt is going out of her way to prepare vegan meals for me, and my grandma didn't even notice my new tattoo.

i want to go for a bike ride and eat rice cakes with peanut butter.

i'm thinking about moving up to the raleigh area when i'm done with school, as i've always loved it up there, and i've heard about some pretty neat salons up there.
