Hino-san, your loyalty and devotion to your friend is admirable, but there is no need to tell that to me.

I do not care to assign blame. As far as I am concerne,d you have been punished enough. I am just wondering how many times this will have to happen until you finally understand that nothing like this can be done in secret without approval from the entire community.

We've had this conversation before, haven't we? What I would like to know is how did it come to it that we somehow need to have it again?
