I suppose to me thinking about an all-powerful alien doesn't seem much more farfetched then the idea of god. But that's because I'm a lowly atheist. Either way, I don't appreciate religions that try to convert other people constantly, in a disrespectful way. It seems like a respect everyone's right to believe what they want, but as soon as someone finds out i'm undefined religion-wise, they get it in their heads that converting me should become their life goal. Annoying. I don't want to be saved, i want to be left alone.

ever see that movie Saved? its funny as hell you should rent it. yeah i dont like people who throw thier religion on other people. its not right. your an atheist, so what. its no one eles business, but yours. =)

Scientology scares me too. While I'm not the most devote Christian, I just feel like Scientology is wrong on some level. It may be related to how Tom Cruise chooses to promote it. He actually went to the press and said Brooke Sheilds was wrong for using medicine to help her with her post-partem (sp?) depression, that it was all psycological and that vitamins would have cured it. How stupid can you be?
