How long does one typically wait for the wise counsel of a Warden here? A week? Two? A month? A year before someone deigns to try and fix whatever is wrong?

What of my family? What of my hopes and dreams and plans and my life? How long would you deny a small child the comfort of his mother? Hm?

sympathy vote, warden what?, i use my son to get what i want, pissing and moaning, i would leave now :|

If you gotta question, all you need to do is ask. If you're talking about being assigned a Warden, that's on a schedule I haven't bothered to learn. [Not relevant to Luke = not worth remembering]

So our redemptions are on a schedule? [Feel the disdain. Feel it.]

Nothing I've seen says you need a Warden for that. Though I'm sure they'd appreciate it if you got a head start.

[Sooo not feelin it. It's a skin thing.]

I would know why I am here first.

You had to leave a kid behind?

Oh man...

It won't be forever. It will only be a year or two, that's how much it usually is from what I've read...

...but this still sucks. I'm sorry.

It would be kinder to kill us and leave us that way.

...

I can't really speak to that. I don't have a whole family at home.

Then you are lucky. [She... only has her kid. The rest are totally dead or she hates them, haha.]

You'll be returned to him when you graduate.

He has already been without me too long.

In most cases, you will be returned to the instant you left. He will not have experienced any time without you.

Do you have a way to guarantee that?

Yeah, they like breaking families apart. And I just got a warden and have been here a little over a month, but you don't really want one, trust me.

I would go home, in any manner I can get there.

Pairings seem to happen twice a month, middle and end. Timing varies depending on incident the Barge is experiencing. Some inmates don't receive wardens for a couple of months, but an unpaired warden might be willing to fill in.

Thank you. [Someone who seems smart, must use him :|] This system seems sloppy at best.

It's not particularly refined, though. [This makes the bureaucrat sad.] But it allows for initiative.
