I'm importing my LJ to Dreamwidth. When I did it first all my LJ content was transfered. Then I made this post and it didn't transfer, so I redid the import and this post appeared on Dreamwidth. Since then I tried another test post (which I deleted) and it didn't show up on Dreamwidth. Well, at the very least I'm saving all my LJ entires on Dreamwidth, though not the comments. Oh well.

I really don't think anything's going to happen to LJ. I basically did this because I like doing stuff with you, Sophy. *g*

I think we need to figure the cross posting from the LJ end. I'll poke around when I have time.

Alex is looking into things, so we'll know something useful.

No, I don't thin anything will happen to LJ either, but it's good to have a backup blog.

Perhaps we should drop all this stuff and go completely twitter. That's pretty mindless and doesn't require much gray matter. ;-)

Yeah, the cartoon was just there for content so folks cruising by who don't give a damn about me and my Dreamwidth experience might feel momentarily entertained.

Cool! I have a cache of cartoons. Some of them not funny enough to go out of my way to make a post, but still amusing enough not to delete. This is one one of them. *g*
