The Hyperion - Kitchen - Friday Evening

Veronica had discovered the kitchen and was more than happy to take advantage of its wonderful facilities to bake trays and trays of Christmas cookies.

Sure it was after Christmas, but that didn't matter, right? Cookies are cookies, after all. And Veronica liked to bake. So she was baking.

"Yo, man," Cameron replied in greeting from where he was icing the cookies.

[cameronmitchell]

"What about Piper?" Cameron asked, happy to think about Bel's problems. Not that he was avoiding his own problems, because there were no problems and he was not worried about anything.

"Haven't really talked to her," Bel admitted. "I was only in San Francisco for a day, and...she and Phoebe had a fight before Christmas, I think. Things were pretty tense."

[cameronmitchell]

"Maybe you should try," Cameron suggest. He tossed the dish towel in the sink and sat down to start icing the cookies again. "She was the one to figure out how to make you human so..."

Bel nodded, picking up a cookie and idly tapping it on the counter. "She's pretty smart. I just don't want to come between sisters, you know?"

"Siblings fight all the time," Cameron said. "Whatever fight Phoebe and Piper had, do you really think Phoebe isn't going to understand your need to give your father some peace?"

"True, very true," Bel agreed. "But Phoebe's looking into it, too, and she's no slouch in that department, either."

Cameron nodded and frowned as he realised he'd just made a fanged smiley face on a cookie. "True. Hopefully something will come up soon then."
