wild sea
yoochun/donghae | pg-13 | angst | 464 words
Donghae clutched on the other's shirt firmly and his fist flew to Yoochun's face. Yoochun fell backwards and brought his hand to his stinging face; he didn't stand up, nor did he try to return the hits. He deserved it.
Even when Donghae kneeled down and hit him right on his jaw a few more times, he let it be. His eyes swelled up and he looked away, tears ran down his face, but it wasn't from the physical pain. He didn't even dare to look up at Donghae who was now screaming at him and hitting on his chest, anger having taken over his once pure soul. And it was all his fault.
Maybe, if he hadn't left back then, if he hadn't thought about what others wanted, if he at least had tried to make it work, maybe, if he hadn't doubted Donghae's trust, Donghae's loyalty, Donghae's love, then maybe things would be different now. No, actually, he was quite sure things would be different now.
Donghae had gone from being pissed to devastated and walked off, he sat down close to the edge of the top of the hill. Yoochun was still lying on the floor, almost lifeless; as much as Donghae hit him just now, the part of his soul that truly loved him always took over at some point. Yoochun had done something stupid, he was very well aware of that himself, and he regrets it, he regrets it with all his soul.
He makes himself stand up ignoring the stinging pain and made his way over to Donghae; he let himself fall on his knees and dropped his head against the man's back. Donghae just groaned but Yoochun knew the man had calmed now.
"Hae, I just want to tell you that I'm truly truly sorry," Yoochun sobbed, "and whether you forgive me or not is up to you. I know I wouldn't forgive myself."
He heard Donghae sigh deeply, but he wasn't expecting much more. He had gone too far, he still couldn't understand how he could be so stupid. Donghae had told him so many times, yet he did what he shouldn't have.
Yoochun moved closer and slowly let his shaking arms travel around Donghae's waist carefully, scared to be pushed away-surprisingly Donghae let him. He leaned his head against Donghae's nape and inhaled his scent, the scent he would never be able to forget.
"I love you, Donghae, with my whole soul." He whispered against his lover's nape.
Donghae still didn't answer. He was looking at the wild and violent sea, and the sky that had turned dark; a cold wind running over his skin. Yoochun could feel how tense Donghae had become; the man was actually considering forgiving him.
sunrays
yoochun/donghae | pg | fluff | 357 words
Donghae was lying on the floor of the living room as Yoochun sat in their garden with a book. He had shoved open the glass doors since it was quite warm outside for spring.
Donghae aimed his camera at his lover and took endless shots. He loved photographing him like that, the sunrays lightening up his face and complementing all his beautiful features. He knew Yoochun was too deep into his book to notice his surroundings, and Donghae liked that; it made the photos even more beautiful.
Donghae rolled over onto his back and went through the newly-taken photos; he started grinning unconciously and chuckled at some point.
Yoochun looked up from his book when he heard Donghae laughing; he left his book on the floor and made his way inside.
"What's so funny?"
Donghae lowered his camera to look up to Yoochun's face. He placed the camera aside and pulled his lover down. Yoochun hovered over the man beneath him and smiled mischievously. Donghae grinned back and bit on Yoochun's lower lip, drawing Yoochun in and locking lips with his lover.
"Aren't you going to tell me what you were laughing about?"
Donghae simply shook his head in response and closed his eyes instead, arms behind his head. Yoochun was lying on top of Donghae; his chin resting on his hands. He glanced to the side and his eyes fell on the camera, he reached out for it and browsed through the photos.
"You idiot." Yoochun chuckled. He aimed the camera at Donghae and smiled satisfied at the adorable frame.
"What are you doing," Donghae mumbled, "stop moving so much." He reached for the camera with half-open eyes and put it away again. "Leave my camera and come here."
Yoochun let him be and moved to lay down next to him, entangling their limbs in impossible ways and resting their foreheads together. Donghae had closed his eyes again and a cheeky smile formed on his face. The sunrays sneaked into their living room along with a soft breeze brushing over their skin, and running through his hair. Or that was probably just Yoochun.
