This is the weekend that we have John's son Jamie with us. He is ESPECIALLY fond of Pizza. I know everyone likes it, but he can be bribed with it. I didn't have to though. I decided that I wanted him to see how pizza is made. Jamie is 23, but he has Downs Syndrome so lots of things are simply fascinating to him even at his advanced age.  I took out
