Pain and cramping. . .

Not to belabor the point, but I've got fibromyalgia. It not only interferes with sleep because of the random pain, but because of the muscle cramps that come. . . mostly when I'm sleeping. I literally remember the day that my eyes "changed". Up til my 40th year. . . I could sit at the kitchen table and glance over at the TV in the next room and read and watch at the same time. Then I couldn't anymore. Case closed!

I'm quite fortunate that all I need are reading glasses. . . there was a short time when I was in my late twenties that I needed glasses for distance, but not anymore. And that makes me very happy.

Fibromyalgia is so much more unfortunately but I don't/didn't want to go into it. There is a publication called "The Spoon Theory" you might want to read, especially if you have friends who say the suffer from it. It's worth reading.

I hope it quits hurting soon. I think My Mom has that. *hugs*

I have only slept three hours between 9am and now. My body just didn't want to sleep.
