We all go through these times when school just DRAGS. I was lucky and had FANTASTIC professors for Western Civ. But I'm a history geek and really love that stuff. Part of the reason why I probably pursued an English degree.
As for being tired, sounds like it's a combination of stress and a possible iron deficiency. If you can, get some blood work done with a doctor and they can tell you for sure. But it wouldn't hurt to take a good multi Vitamin with extra iron to see if it helps.
And maybe you're sleeping at the wrong time for your body to get the deep restorative sleep it needs. You really have to get to REM (or Delta level) sleep for the growth hormone that offers restorative sleep to be released. If you don't get that deep sleep, it doesn't matter if you get in 10 hours, you'll still be exhausted. I've battled sleep disorders most of my adult life.
Try going to bed a little earlier, like 10ish and getting up around 6:00. Just little adjustments like that can make a world of difference.
