No, for their God-given right to protect their own financial interests. But they have the law on their side. Murdering contracted thugs is against the law of the Bible and of the land.

My son-in-law is convinced that unions are bad, and though I have tried to convince him otherwise his mind is closed on the subject. It makes me upset. I know that some of the unions have earned themselves a bad name but... I see a lot of things happening lately that make the employers look like thugs. I sure hope that some public reason will win out.
