Everybody over here is like WTF, too. This was a regional court in the area where the quakes hit hardest so it was more about people's raw grief than anything else. It will have to be overturned eventually as they can go all the way up to the Supreme Court with this if necessary. And it's Italy, the land of WTF in so many things.
