[She finds herself smiling at the accompaniment and glancing around casually to figure out where he's playing from. Yes, she knows it's him--who else would join her on strings? Somewhere in a natural pause in the song, she switches over to panpipes so she can play proper music rather than her idle humming.]

[She can't smile, it messes up her woodwind-playing. However, she's just as pleased. She'll be fading into a different song, this one just slightly more upbeat.]

[Guess who else is having a so-far-restless night? He had the faintest suspicion his housemates were going to 'get loud' and decided to get the hell out while he still could. As such, he's just taking a stroll through the village until he's certain the coast is clear.

When he spots Martel, he'll calmly approach her. He's not going to greet her and interrupt that humming, so instead he moves to stand next to her.]

[Almost without thinking, she lifts one hand from the panpipes in her lap to rest gently against his calf. More a greeting than anything, since she knows he didn't want to interrupt her song.]

[The touch causes a light smile to appear on Yuan's face. Careful not to sit on her hand or anything, he'll take a seat next to her, pulling his knees up to his chest.]
