run for your life, run forever

On September 10-11th, I visited New York for the weekend to see some California friends who were visiting ♥ I got up early (though not as early as I planned) to wait in line for rush tickets to How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying with Julie, Sandy, and Dalin. After camping out in line for a few hours and chatting, we successfully got ( Read more... )

Awww, beautiful pictures as always!

Does Perianth have a website? I've been wanting my own little caplet since I got to borrow Angel's at Otakon.

Thank you so much for the info!

You know, you should really call and complain to a manager about the service you received at tea. Especially since there ARE so many other places you could go, you would think that they wouldn't want to ostracize their customers. It would certainly be worth it to mention that if you hadn't been there before and that was your first impression of them, you most certainly would not be returning in the future. I absolutely hate shoddy service, especially at tea when I want so much to relax. After all, that is why we go OUT for tea, right?

No problem :33

I thought about contacting Rose House afterward, but I honestly don't think anyone would listen to me >n>;; haha I've been there a lot (it's probably the tea house I've visited the most in new york city, now that I think about it), but maybe this is just a sign that I shouldn't get in such a rut. I usually find one place, or one food, or one sweater I really like and just stick to that, but diversity is good too. loll

Having tea is relaxing for me too! There a place in New Jersey I like called Teaberry's that really epitomizes the feeling I want in a tea room ♥ Are there some nice places where you live?

SUCH LOVELY PHOTOS *____*

I wish I could have joined for the fun, I admit I was a little on edge and paranoid that weekend and thus became an antisocial hermit (in the most extreme of terms), which was bad of me. I regret not coming out to hang :( It all seemed like such a good time, and I always enjoy myself with all you guys <3

Anyway, no negativity or regrets, everyone looks fantastic, and I can't get over the amazingness of Steph's bonnet and Kelsey's curls ~

Right?? I'm glad all our friends are so attractive ;o; haha

I wish you could've been there too, Aria <3 There will always be other times, though... like the Autumnal Rococo Picnic on Saturday, November 5th (we finally picked a date, so save it!) XD

I suppose we'll have to have it in the city unless I can find a park that's accessible by public transportation DDX Prospect Park is really nice, but I wish we could have it someplace a little more private ;o;
