For Valentine's Day this year, I made green tea cheesecake for the first time! It tasted good and turned out perfectly, but I'm still not used to cheesecakes that aren't baked in the oven. haha Next time, if I'm feeling bold, I'll just try adding green tea to my regular cheesecake recipe.

Ahhh you know the original! This prequel pays a lot of respect to it (as it would have to), so I think you'd like it.
