I think it was originally posted as a joke, and continuing as such. At least, I haven't seen any real, genuine frothing.

Great idea for a restaurant: sell an "Obamaburger" (Well-done burger with blue cheese, no tomato (too red), arugula, and dijon mustard.
You know, that actually sounds quite tasty.

Well, since the US sister city of Dijon is Dallas, maybe it's "Dallas mustard" in the original Bushian version. And "Mayonnaise" is probably just "Salad dressing."
