Apparently six years of living in Pittsburgh has turned me into a heat wuss. Two years ago I'd run in 90°+ weather and be fine. Now, if the temperature climbs above 65, I start sucking:
Seema's lj = drawing conclusions from ridiculously small data sets.
I guessed on those values and plotted them myself. Even with that one data point at 75, the linear fit gives a slope of -0.015 +- 0.012... if we don't include that data point, the fit gives a slope of -0.001 +- 0.014.
I think the point mycrust and I are trying to make is: you have two data points above 65... one of which indicates 'sucking'.
I can't think of anything more repugnant then smearing vaseline on my body. I think I'll start with the "stop eating total crap" plan and see how that goes.
Body Glide, it comes in stick form specifically for applying to prevent chafing while running. That said, my thighs have always brushed together and I've never had much of a problem, but maybe it's just because I'm used to it.
