Common access card. They were just introducing them when I worked for the Navy..... fortunately, the place I worked was able to get away with not using them for most applications....

I don't know a thing about the geography where you are, but are you anywhere near St. Luke's in McLean? My godfather, who was recently ordained to the priesthood, serves there.

I'm not too far away -- five miles, maybe -- but there's no straight shot to get there, since once you get much to the north of where I live, you get into hilly area which was rural until a few decades ago, and thus has a weird network of streets
