Gee, I thought we got a lot of political phone calls before our presidential primary 2 years ago. For this week's special election, to fill Ted Kennedy's vacant Senate seat, the phone calls are sometimes less than two minutes apart ( Read more... )

And I just learned that Coakley was completely pig headed about letting a fellow go who was convicted due to "recovered memory therapy" on young children, thoroughly discredited even at the time and despite the things the kids were made to think were real and thus would have had major wounds, had no injuries. ARGH. I'm not happy about either choice for the election.

They are even contacting folks in CA to ask us to send money!
I think it's not up to me to campaign in another state, (even though folks from Utah saw fit to campaign here in CA for Prop 8).

I'm kind of wishing I was still a MA resident right now! Savor this opportunity for your vote to really count for something... Because basically the citizens of Massachusetts get to decide whether or not the health care bill passes!
