Sam hiding Gene's scotch was such a perfect touch, absolutely brilliant XDDDD their dialogue was so gorgeous and just thank you so much, I love it <3<3<3

OMFG XD This was SO DELIGHTFUL. The banter is fantastic and I laughed quite a few times. Sam's showing a bit of his vicious streak in regards to the kitchen being HIS and it's amazing and perfectly fitting. Also:

Sam didn't even look at him, concentrating entirely on putting the last finishing touches to the icing. 'You said the kitchen is my area of expertise. My area,' and here he did look over at Gene, with a glare that could have pierced titanium, 'my rules.'

Gene had no answer to that, merely blinked and gulped and then quietly set to work.

Sam then looked at Annie, and his expression immediately brightened and he gave her a wink. Annie chuckled silently and shook her head in return, stirring the soup in front of her. This was going to be an interesting Christmas dinner, to say the least.

I loooove this OT3. Really happy whenever fic gets written for them, especially as downright cool as this one.

The dialogue-only style in the beginning gives the sense of a montage, rushing around the room frantically getting everything ready and being accidentally adorable with it.

for the first time properly meeting her two husbands; everything had to be perfect for that.
This note of it being official makes me happy in my soul.

Omg, hilarity. I would love to see this acted out. Simm's victory dance when on the third take, he actually manages to hit Phil hard enough that there's an audible thunk lol.
