Yesterday evening (Happy Yom Kippur, by the way) consisted of me getting out of work -- the last half of which again took forever -- and heading home to find all of my computer parts had come in. Silly Catholic. Yom Kippur is a day of *atonement*, similar to our season of Lent. Would you wish someone a "Happy Lent!" No.

Sweet, new computers rock. I miss the days of last summer that I built my monstrocity *evil grin* although my money constraints let me build a better computer than yours *sticks tongue out* Nonetheless, much congratulations on the new machine. My laptop is just about to crap out and as MUCH as I really F*ing hate Macs... if I had to chose between a pc laptop and a mac laptop... the truth is... where you give in with the ipod, I give in here, their laptops are just much lighter for the same payload and don't have as many problems as Dell etc. I did get a new 'machine' this weekend though *grins again* but it's in the form of a full grown puppy. Full grown in that it's already a year old, but compared to my 14+ yearold dogs, this thing is still massively a puppy. Besides, it's about the length of my thigh and weighs about 4 lbs! hehe.
