Woah everytime I come to post an entry, LJ keeps changing on me! So it's been a while huh? I guess I haven't really had that much going on to post about. Just basically been going to uni (majority of the time), hitting the gym on a regular basis, church and the band etc ( Read more... )

Please tell me that your gig (how cool is it to say?!) is at some Sutherland fair thingy - I've already said yes to go to that with Lisa (Masaki) on that date.

Oh, do you want to come to John Mayer - let me know ASAP because I've told Brian to only buy a ticket for me.

xoxo

Haha unfortunately no. It's in Hurstville. I can't imagine how the asians will react during their nice Saturday yumcha...although the entertainment is free so they may come for that haha

When and where's JM? I might not come though cos I'm not like a super huge fan but he's still cool.

Friday 3/11 at the Enmore, Newtown. It actually might coincide with your stuvac or exam time, I'm not quite sure.

Anyhow, let me know ASAP because I'll have to pre-pay with Brian for ya if you're in :)

Another thought just popped into my head. If you made a new friend and it's a really cool friend, would you be slightly put off if, even though you're close and have lots in common, if they gradually started to call/email/sms/visit you more and more often? Like getting attached too quickly? Would love to hear anyone's opinion on that...

There's been times where I've made a new friend and we just clicked straight away and became really close and just spent a lot of time together and it was enjoyable.

And then there's times where you meet someone who you like as a person and stuff and enjoy their company, but then you notice that they're calling you, emailing you, wanting to talk to you, asking your friends about you etc. and you're just like "Leave me alone!"

I guess it depends on the person and you. And I think you'd have that instinct from the moment you meet them of what type of person they are and how they are going to fit into your life... if you get what I mean? I'd elaborate, but I won't unless you want me to, lol.

hellooooo,

I've been offered a role as a Peer Mentor for next year (go team!). I need a brief blurb about my interests and hobbies, any ideas?
