Somewhere in the future there are matching marriages, wives who smile with perfect teeth and don’t bother to wait up with dinner. In the future there are neatly trimmed lawns and the same lives they once lived but from a different angle.

The only difference will be the collective lack of secretaries who spread their leg wider than is strictly necessary.

That’s not true. There will be secretaries. They just won’t be the only ones who are fucked.

I know this is a large section to quote but it kind of wraps up why I think this fic is absolutely fabulous. This was such a pleasure to read and captured Winklevii tones very, very well. Also, have I ever told you how distinctive your writing is? It is. It really is. I like to think I could pick out your words anywhere.

Thank you. You're often way too nice to me.

In my head these two are the perfect rich boy cliches and you know how I love cliches.

IVAAAAAAA. YOU KNOW THE WAY TO MY HEART. This is actually just wonderful, all balanced and carefully strung together. I would quote but I'm on my phone rn, so let it just be said that my incestdar is appreciating you so much. SO MUCH.

Also there is a brand new Marple tonight and I am so excite.

These two are eating my brain. And it doesn't hurt that I can take any National song and have it work for them.

Marple shows up here with a three month delay and its the one thing I enjoy watching with my mother, so I'm going to wait. But enjoy it for me.

THE NATIONAL MIGHT AS WELL HAVE CO-WRITTEN THIS GODDAMN MOVIE. Sorry. But honestly, if it's not Winklevii appropriate it's almost certainly Mark/Eduardo appropriate.

:( :( three month delays? Unspeakable. Also I got it confused with Upstairs, Downstairs last night, so it's on tonight. My love for period drama is ridiculous.

NO NEED TO APOLOGIZE, I COMPLETELY AGREE. I feel my recent discovery that I love High Violet more than Boxer may lead to an unfortunate amount of writing in this fandom.

Upstairs, Downstairs is tempting. But how was Marple?

Thank you. I have rather a lot of love for these two. And Armie Hammer. And your icon. Basically, love everywhere.

After I read one of your fics, I always come away thinking that incest is A.O.K. as long as the siblings are hot & the sexual tension is thick. It's an issue, but I'm glad I'm not alone in my axis of wrong thinking. Now I just need someone to write an Emma & Alex Watson fic & I can die & go to special hell.

I would apologize but I wouldn't mean it. And lying is wrong. Or whatever. Thanks for reading.

Wow, this was hot and beautiful. I really love your writing style, I could quote basically anything like If this is a play it is a poorly acted one. or The only difference will be the collective lack of secretaries who spread their leg wider than is strictly necessary. Loved it.
