Stark is essentially the debbil, it's true, but damn it was a good issue. I think so far I'm the only person who didn't hate it, I mean, Captain America is going to still be around (several people have worn the uniform before after all) and they're going to find some way to bring Steve Rogers back before too long.

I hate stark. So much. Have for years. This just increases my hatred.

I'm a huge fan of the Antihero.
But Captain, as embodied by Steve Rogers? The little tomboy in me who -loves- the fuck out of Golden/Silver age comics idolized him, worshipped him. He was Captain Fucking America.

It just feels like a bad way out of a stupid corner they painted themselves into. A disgrace to a legacy. (Even though he'll be back, they have to have Steve Rogers.)

I give it a year & a half. Three, TOPS, and that's if they're really trying to stick to it. But Marvel already knows that Steve Rogers is Cap, so anyone else they stick in the suit really won't work

Apparently it's Steve's turn in the rotation, as Thor's been "dead" for a couple years now but they're bringing him back. A real Thor, that is, not Clor the cyborg.

Word has it that Thor as we know him will not be coming back, but since his hammer's floating around and there's other Asgardian shit that plummeted to earth, that's how it's going to shake out. Gaiman wanted to relaunch Thor too a while back but Marvel declined. 'Cause they're idiots.
