Umm, It's kinda how I was Jun baited into Arashi, except I had heard of NEWS before. I had seen LJ communities and pictures of Yamapi and I was like, who is this fish-eyed dude? But when I saw Buzzer Beat I was like, whoa he is hot afterall! And now I think even pics of him are sexy haha. I watched "Cherish" pv and then was forever hooked on them all <3
6. What was your first impression of NEWS?
Compared to Arashi, I liked their music a lot more because I think their voices suit each other extremely well. NEWS has my favorite songs of JE. And I also think that every member is attractive and has a fun personality.
7. How did you come to like NEWS?
The Cherish pv was really addicting and I saw it a billion times. Then I saw Happy Birthday and Koi no ABO and liked those too. And by this point I have seen all their concert DVD's and loved their relationships w/ each other.
8. What do you think is NEWS strongest point when compared to other JE/music/talent groups?
As I said already, their strong point is their vocal harmony. Did you see NEWS Unplugged? Amazing. But more than that, it's in their funky personality quirks. I mean where else can you find a spoiled boy who hates to lose, a smart law student who is nerdy cute, a boy with a poison tongue, and a boy who has the ugliest pants you have ever seen, all in the same group??
9. What do you think is NEWS weakest point when compared to other JE/music/talent groups?
Sadly, it is in the fact that there is very little group activities. Because the members are really popular: I mean, Yamapi is also a solo artist, Ryo, Massu, and Tego have second groups which makes it hard to do many things as a group :( Their first variety show only had 4 members!! I want a variety w/everyone.

I listen to it while going to sleep, walking around campus, working out at the gym.. ahaha. Thats an obvious yes.

I'd notice Massu right away because of his clothes and Tego because he is so pretty for a guy.

Shige. He studied law which is a lot of work for a university student. and to top it all he still worked at the same time.

Yes, I usually always wait for subtitles. I have studied enough Japanese to know whats going on but not exactly what they are saying.

Haha it would definitely be Ryo. He brought me to tears in 1 Litre no namida even more than the main actress did.

I want to see Ryo or Shige play the role of a father, like Aiba's My Girl. Because Ryo is so tough around the edges I want to see him with kids. I love him in soft roles. And I could go for something different from Tego. He always plays the same character.

Every now and then. I have seen random clips of it.

It is pretty amazing he can handle two groups like that, it means he has twice the amount of dances and lyrics to learn, more tv appearances, etc. He is pretty amazing. And I love that Kanjani8 brings out his dorky side while NEWS is his "I am so cool" side.

I doubt that they will ever lose anyone else they better not! but if they did my guess is it would be Ryo because he is in a second group and Johnny seems to care about promoting KJ8 more than he does NEWS :(

Haha it would definitely be Ryo. He brought me to tears in 1 Litre no namida even more than the main actress did.

I enjoy Ryo acting. I wanna say Tego but I want him to try some different roles first.

Ouran High School Host Club! But not with Maki as the lead. She is one of my favorite J-actresses but she already did boy in a girls school so I'd want a fresh face.
55. Is there a certain type of role you'd like to see one of them play?
I want to see Ryo or Shige play the role of a father, like Aiba's My Girl. Because Ryo is so tough around the edges I want to see him with kids. I love him in soft roles. And I could go for something different from Tego. He always plays the same character.

Every now and then. I have seen random clips of it.

No, I watch it to see all of JE's interactions with each other. And I watch really old ones to see the boys when they were younger.

Yeah, I download a LOT.

Yeah, I like MONGOL800, B'z, The Hiatus/ELLEGARDEN (I love Takeshi Hosomi), and GReeeeN (I think it's amazing that they don't show their faces. It means they are in it for the love of music not for fame).

Both of my younger sisters have been converted by me. And my younger sister converted some of her friends so it's going around!

I don't. But I want to buy their next one and have a real CD of them. That will rock!

Seeing as how they were suspended a LONG time ago, no. They permanently screwed themselves I guess.

No, because I have only really known NEWS as 6 members. And putting them back in would not be fair to the rest of NEWS who work really hard. That, and it would give less vocal time and concert time to the other members if they had to share it with 2 more.
93. NEWS members having girlfriends- how do you feel?
It doesn't really bother me, they are people after all and deserve happiness. But let's just say I'm really envious of the girls lucky enough to call a NEWS boy their boyfriend :) that is some serious luck on their part ahaha
94. If you could meet and chat with just one of the members once in your life, who?
That would be my second favorite boy, Ryo. Because I am really into my music and I want to talk to Ryo about his songwriting process and guitar playing. Plus I want to stare into those deep gorgeous eyes :D
95. Can you write the kanji for all member names?
No, I can do it for a couple because I am studying kanji but I still have a few more to learn. I can tell whose is whose when I see them written though.
96. What do you think of Ryo being in both Kanjani8 and NEWS?
I like it, it just means a double dose of Ryo for me! It is pretty amazing he can handle two groups like that, it means he has twice the amount of dances and lyrics to learn, more tv appearances, etc. He is pretty amazing. And I love that Kanjani8 brings out his dorky side while NEWS is his "I am so cool" side.
97. NEWS loses another member. Who is it, and why?
I doubt that they will ever lose anyone else they better not! but if they did my guess is it would be Ryo because he is in a second group and Johnny seems to care about promoting KJ8 more than he does NEWS :(

Ehh I use the word "yabai" I wonder if that's what they meant to put? Otherwise I don't know what "tabai" is.

Kusano. for some unknown reason Uchi really annoys me. Plus I like Kusano's voice.
