1. my parents, when they were dating (over the span of 10 yrs) used to do simple things like go watch the planes take off--for hours; *just an idea* {my mother, who is not the romantic one in the relationship by a long shot, loved it and to this day it is one of the few romance/lovey dovey stories she tells about my dad back in the day}
2. there's this song that you should listen to (provided you're not in a crummy-i'm-girl-my-ass-is-bigger-than-the-pacific-ocean-and-the-guy-i-think-i-might-kind-of-have-a-mild-crush-on-is-a-jerk-face-bastard kind of mood) by this guy named glenn phillips. he really [i'm lying] helped me out after my last break up. titled: *well now i don't remember it. but the word "tarmac" reminded me of it, mostly b/c b4 the song i had no clue what a tarmap was:
