Well, the government recognizes same-sex unions, but surprisingly Argentina has legalized marriage and not us. I say surprisingly because Uruguay is the Canada to Argentina's USA. :/

My dowry consists of my dad's cattle and some old family jewels. Our children will speak at least two languages! OMG I have to add that to my list: have bilingual children with a foreigner.

to be fair you should aim for somebody who speaks something moroe exotic than english. if you turned me down my second option was going to be look for a finnish husband

That's true. I should find me a Scandinavian guy: they're exotic enough, but not so foreign our children would have a lot of trouble learning both languages.
