Title: The Price of Freedom
Genre: Action/Adventure, Drama, Suspense, Romance
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings: Natasha Romanov/James Barnes, Clint Barton, Peter Parker, Bruce Banner, Nick Fury, Sam Wilson, Maria Hill, JARVIS
Warnings: Graphic depictions of violence, minor character deaths (none of the above listed)
Rating: PG-13
Summary: It was supposed to be a quiet two months, time Natasha would use to take care of her own. But they were Avengers, and nothing was ever simple. She had made hard decisions before, but this might just be the hardest yet. What would they be willing to pay for the price of freedom?
Or what is essentially a Cap 2 AU with different characters and different relationships, set in a larger Marvel universe that is not entirely MCU-compliant but takes MCU characters and backgrounds. Also Part 12 of "It's All in the Mind", but the story can be read as a standalone; Tony and Steve are in Asgard.

A12)

Title: Sextremis
Genre: Smut
Fandom/Universe: Iron Man movieverse
Characters/Pairings: Pepper/Tony, Pepper/Darcy, Pepper/Rhodey, Pepper/Maria, Pepper/Bruce, Pepper/Natasha/Clint
Warnings: None
Rating: NC-17
Summary: In the aftermath of Iron Man 3, Pepper's Extremis treatment has left her perpetually frisky, while Tony's open-heart surgery has left him, for once, not a walking hard-on. The solution is obvious, when you're Tony Stark: an open relationship. And who better to help out Pepper with her problem than some of Tony's closest friends, the Avengers--and that new employee from SHIELD--and Dr. Foster's cute intern... maybe one or two specially designed robots.

Title: Angel in the Architecture
Genre: Adventure, slash, post-CATWS
Fandom/Universe: Movie Universe, post-CATWS
Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton, Bucky Barnes, Natasha Romanov, Maria Hill, Steve rogers, Sam Wilson; Clint/Bucky, Natasha/Maria
Warnings: None
Rating: Adult
Summary: Off the grid on a mission that goes awry, the first thing Clint knows of the downfall of SHIELD is when his rescuer, James, hands over a newspaper article. James knows way more about Clint than he should, but Clint recognises the way James seems like he's running from something, and anyway, it's not like he's got a better bet for getting out of the country. So that's what his life has come to: fleeing the country in a train car, sleeping with an ex-brainwashed assassin - and then Natasha and Steve show up.

Title: Iron and Blood
Genre: Drama, Action and Adventure, Established Relationship
Fandom/Universe: MCU (through Iron Man 2, and including bits of Agents of SHIELD) and bits of Marvel 616
Characters/Pairings: Tony/Bruce, Pepper Potts, Jennifer Walters, Natasha Romanoff, Nick Fury, Leo Fitz, Jemma Simmons, Justin Hammer, Ivan Vanko, James Rhodes
Warnings: Violence
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Bruce and Tony are racing against the clock to find a suitable replacement for the palladium core in the arc reactor. But the palladium isn’t the only threat to their lives-or their relationship. The military makes another play for Bruce, without considering the collateral damage, and an old enemy from Howard Stark’s past does his best to take down Tony in retribution.

A15)

Title: Action and Reaction
Genre: Action (mission-fic), Friendship, Erotica, Romance
Fandom/Universe: The Avengers/MCU
Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton / Phil Coulson
Warnings: BDSM, canon-typical violence, blood and gore, non-graphic references to torture
Rating: Explicit
Summary:

After a rough mission, Phil realizes that Clint needs some very particular 'handling'. Through careful negotiation, Clint and Phil begin a BDSM relationship that gives Clint the release he needs. Over the course of several months and a number of intense missions, Clint and Phil go from being fuckbuddies to close friends, and eventually commit to a serious relationship.

The BDSM in this story is portrayed as a reasonably healthy coping mechanism for work-related stress, and is 100% safe, sane & consensual. The art/fanwork absolutely does not have to be NSFW or depict BDSM. There's lots of high-action mission-fic in this story, as well as many scenes of Clint & Phil simply talking, cuddling and taking care of each other.

A16)

Title: Compartmentalized
Genre: GEN (Suspense, drama, AU (canon diverge))
Fandom/Universe: The Avengers & Iron Man (MCU)
Characters: Bruce Banner (Hulk), Tony Stark (Iron Man). Mentioned: J.A.R.V.I.S., other Avengers & MCU characters.
Warnings: Language, canonical violence, canon diverge (although it could be viewed as canon).
Rating: M / FRM / R
Summary: In the aftermath of the events in D.C., the downfall of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the exposure of HYDRA, a stranger runs into Bruce and delivers a disturbing message that sends him and Tony literally running for the hills. Tony grows more suspicious by the hour while Bruce struggles to find a way to explain why he is trying to isolate himself and Tony from the rest of the world - and why Bruce cannot tell Tony the truth.

A17)

Title: Tabula Rasa
Genre: SLASH (Drama, erotica)
Fandom/Universe: Captain America: The Winter Soldier & Iron Man (MCU)
Characters/Pairings: James “Bucky” Barnes (Winter Soldier), J.A.R.V.I.S., Tony Stark (Iron Man). Mentioned: Steve Rogers (Captain America). Pairing: Bucky/Tony
Warnings: Sexual content (M/M, sexual technophilia, hand jobs, oral sex, anal fingering & anal sex), language. Implied: canonical violence, mind control & brainwashing.
Rating: MA / FRAO / NC-17
Summary: The Winter Soldier is en-route to figuring out who he is and makes a pit stop at the Avengers Tower, looking for a safe place to get a good night’s sleep. His host’s initial lack of trust is, surprisingly, mollified by the metal arm HYDRA gave him, and the Winter Soldier finds himself at a newfound realization that he’s a free man and as such he can do what he wants, when he wants, with whomever he wants. Tony Stark’s presence is simply convenient - or so he tells himself.

A18)

Title: And If You Should Fall
Genre: Romance / Action
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings: Clint/Coulson
Warnings: Spoilers for CATWS and AoS season 1. Violence including a hostage situation. Grieving for a character who is presumed dead (but no character death).
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Clint Barton has a home, a boyfriend, a dog, and a place at SHIELD Training Academy, so for the first time ever, everything seems to be working out for him.

Then he gets recruited to a secret organisation within SHIELD and it turns out that everyone there might not be working toward the same goal. Now he has to protect the people he loves from Hydra, without letting Hydra take over SHIELD.

(This is a sequel to my big bang from last year, but it should stand alone.)

A19)

Title: Control
Genre: Angst
Fandom/Universe: Marvel 616
Characters/Pairings: Steve Rogers/Tony Stark
Warnings: alcoholism, mentions of suicide
Rating: Mature
Summary:
No one can control Tony Stark, and when alcohol is involved, not even himself.

Tony Stark is many things. One of them is a futurist, another is an alcoholic. The incursions aren't a problem anymore, but the price may have been too high to pay -- he can't face tomorrow, and he's drinking again. Steve's probably making it worse, but he can't force himself to leave.

There is a dubcon kiss -- one character is drunk at the time. As for visuals, a lot of the fic takes place in Tony's flat, but there are fight scenes, incursions and flashbacks to various moments in Tony and Steve's history.

A20)

Title: Bad Romance
Genre: action/romance
Fandom/Universe: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Characters/Pairings: Darcy Lewis, Clint Barton, Steve Rogers, Darcy Lewis/Clint Barton, Darcy Lewis/Steve Rogers, Clint Barton/Steve Rogers, Darcy Lewis/Clint Barton/Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Jane Foster, Phil Coulson, Bucky Barnes
Warnings: Threesome.
Rating: E or NC-17
Summary:

When Darcy Lewis moved to New York, she didn't expect to run into an old crush, or meet someone new who (literally) swept her off her feet.

Clint Barton was the jackbooted thug she'd eyed in New Mexico, but underneath that cocky, self-assured exterior was a lonely, vulnerable man. Their connection quickly deepened from sassy to surprisingly tender. Meanwhile, all-American hero Steve Rogers was a good boy on the surface, but as Darcy got to know him she realized that there was more to Steve than that apple-pie image he let the world see. Their relationship burned hot, but would that be enough?

She wasn't looking for romance - yet found herself a) in a love triangle between two best friends and b) taking advice from Tony Stark.

Surprisingly, it did not, in fact, blow up in her face.

The majority of the fic takes place in post-TWS New York City.

A21)

Title: Sympathy for the Devil
Genre: : Introspective/Angst
Fandom: : Marvel 616, Journey Into Mystery, Agent of Asgard
Characters/Pairings: : Loki (JiM) & Tony Stark, Loki (AoA) & Tony Stark, Other Avengers
Warnings: : Canonical major character death (mentioned)
Rating: : Teen & Up

Summary: : Tony Stark hates magic. He also hates villains, especially mindlessly destructive ones. He’s not too fond of mythological gods, Thor aside. All these things bundled together mean just that Tony has absolutely no time nor patience for Loki. But the Loki Tony knew and fought is dead, and the new Loki seems to need him, even if just a little. Tony isn't sure if he can trust him, but talking to Loki is making Tony think about things that he hasn't thought of before.

Contains both AoA and JiM Loki, and is mostly scenes of Tony talking with either of them; these scenes largely take place in Asgard or Avengers Tower.

A22)

Title: Re: Blond Joke
Genre: Humor, Angst
Fandom/Universe: MCU, Hawkguy
Characters/Pairings: Bucky Barnes/Steve Rogers, Bucky Barnes & Kate Bishop, Clint Barton & Kate Bishop, Sam Wilson & Steve Rogers, Pepper Potts, Lucky the Pizza Dog
Warnings:
ptsd, graphic violence, panic attacks, blond jokes, mention of suicidal thoughts, 2nd person POV, inappropriate humor as a coping strategy, foul language, no actual sexual themes
Rating: PG-13
Summary:This story is about Bucky recovering after the events of CA: The Winter Soldier. Scenes include blond jokes, Bucky and Kate eating pizza, Bucky and Kate rescuing Clint from the Tracksuit Mafia, Bucky in therapy, Bucky and Steve on a motorbike, Bucky and Kate and Pizza Dog rescuing Steve and Clint, Sam Wilson talking Bucky in from the cold, Bucky and Steve eating crepes, and a flashback scene to pre-war Bucky and Steve. This fic ships Bucky and Steve but is not explicit.

The playlist for writing this story incudes "Sympathetique" and "Hang On Little Tomato" by Pink Martini, "Inside, Outside" by the Grates, "Clever Girl" by the Doubleclicks, "Scum of the Earth" by Rod Zombie, "Storm: rewheeled" by Rotersand and a lot of angry white dude shrieking music along the lines of Linkin Park. ... I know, I know.

A23)

Title: Achromatic (working title)
Genre: hurt/comfort
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings:mild Steve/Bucky plus Sam, Nat, and Pepper
Warnings: deals with depression
Rating: T
Summary:
The world doesn’t particularly need saving. The new SHIELD and its few, trusty associates are well on their way to whittling down the list of known HYDRA bases worldwide. No power hungry scientists have made unfortunate discoveries recently, to anyone’s knowledge. Nor have there been any alien encounters in three hundred and nineteen days.

For the first time in months, everything is more or less okay. Except it isn’t.

This story is about Steve having depression and using art to help him find a sense of purpose. It’s set well after CA: TWS (and thus does not address Bucky’s recovery at all); they all live in Avengers Tower and Steve and Bucky develop a romantic, but nonsexual relationship (Steve is grey-a or demisexual). Visually, I talk a lot about a particular painting that Steve works on throughout the course of the story, and there is an excuse to draw everyone in formal wear near the end in an art gallery setting.

A24)

Title: If I could be a worthy man
Genre: kid!fic
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton, Phil Coulson, OMC's OFC Clint/Coulson
Warnings: past off camera character suicide
Rating: PG
Summary: Clint has made a lot of mistakes in his life, he learned to live with most of them. But there are some things he's done, people he's left behind that he will never stop regretting.

When he is put on medical leave for a month Clint decides it's time to try to rectify a mess he made when he was just a kid. He goes back to Cedar Rapids Iowa to find the girl he loved when he was 16, and the baby she was carrying (his baby) when he was unceremoniously moved by the state of Iowa days before the baby was born. He lost track of her but never forgot. 10 years later he goes looking, now that he is older and working for SHIELD. He is stable and in control of his life. What he finds breaks his heart all over again. That girl is gone and there is no trace of the baby.

Title: I have no idea. Title is usually the last thing I do. It's currently called "breakup-gettogether.doc, but that doesn't mean that will be the final title.
Genre: Uh. Well, it's not really casefic, romance, horror, comedy, or adventure. Relationship-and-romantic-drama?
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings: Clint/Coulson
Warnings: Canon-consistent 'death' of Coulson. Canon-consistent violence (e.g., auxiliary characters getting blown up; people getting shot).
Rating: Probably NC17, but might stay more R.
Summary: More than two years after Phil and Clint embarked on a committed relationship, one that is stable and healthy and everything Clint thinks it's supposed to be, Phil decides he wants out. Clint thinks he's wrong, but Phil's mind is made up, so that's that. Of course, they do still have to work together, and also Clint makes no secret of the fact that he's just waiting for Phil to pull his head out. He's good at waiting, and he's emotionally competent enough to be clear about what he wants without choosing to go with manipulation or stalking.

Naturally, Phil does eventually realize he was completely wrong to start down this road, but by the time that happens, Loki is en route and then Phil dies, and it turns out that's enough to mess with Clint, a lot.

This fic starts and ends Clint/Coulson, but for most of the fic, they are unhappily not together. Phil has sex off-screen with someone else while they're broken up and is generally competent at work and a basket case personally. Clint isn't okay when Phil comes back to him and of course, Phil's not in a great place either because, see: dead. Never the less, there's a happy ending.

A26)

Title: Wasp Harvest
Genre: Horror/Thriller/Drama
Fandom/Universe: MCU with comics (mostly 616) elements (but no knowledge of the comics is required)
Characters/Pairings: James “Bucky” Barnes, Arnim Zola, Alexander Pierce, Nick Fury, Natasha Romanoff, Steve Rogers, OCs; the fic is gen, but you can read some Bucky/Steve and a little bit of Bucky/Nat into it if you want
Warnings: Moderately graphic violence, character death (as stated or implied in the MCU/comics canon), psychological and body horror. Please note that this fic contains an in-depth, realistic portrayal of Bucky’s transformation into the Winter Soldier, and therefore there are substantial depictions of severe mental and physical abuse, abusive relationships/dynamics, depersonalisation techniques, and other related topics that are likely to be disturbing and/or triggering for some people. There are also references to actual historical tragedies/atrocities, but these are all very brief and mentioned purely as part of the historical background of the fic.
Rating: R
Summary: ‘We are going to do great things together.’ 1947: Bucky Barnes wakes up to a metal arm and Arnim Zola’s voice. 1979: Alexander Pierce, newly-minted member of Hydra, takes over a now-useless asset tucked away in a vault. 2014: The master has a mission for the soldier.

This is everything that happens in between, detailing Bucky’s transformation into the Winter Soldier and Pierce’s ascension through the Hydra ranks and masterminding of Project Insight.

Visual notes for a potential artist: part I is from Bucky’s PoV and is mostly set in various lab/medical facilities. Part II is from Pierce’s PoV and is set mostly in DC. It also features some plot-important deer hunting scenes. Part III is from Bucky’s (as the Winter Soldier) PoV and takes place all over the world, but it mostly delves into the character’s psychology and mindset; some of the visuals and concepts in Part III were inspired by William Blake’s paintings.

A27)

Title: We Create Our Own Demons
Genre: Angst, Hurt/Comfort
Fandom/Universe: MCU/Avengers
Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton/Natasha Romanov, Maria Hill, Sam Wilson, Tony Stark, Yelena Belova
Warnings: Graphic depictions of violence, references to PTSD
Rating: PG13/T
Summary: Following the events of Winter Soldier, Clint and Natasha attempt to rebuild their lives without SHIELD. Meanwhile, Hydra has perfected Extremis, and is using it in order to create the world's deadliest weapon - clones of the Red Room’s greatest assassin, Natalia Romanova.

A28)

Title: Speak So We Can Hear Your Heart Beat
Genre: Drama/Action
Fandom/Universe: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Characters/Pairings: Natasha/Clint, Tony/Pepper, Thor/Jane Foster, Bruce Banner, Steve Rogers, other characters in minor roles
Warnings: Canon-typical violence, some sex (nothing too graphic)
Rating: PG-13, (maybe R if I push the intimate scenes a bit)
Summary: The Avengers are rendered mute by Amora the Enchantress. As a search for a cure grows more and more dim every day, the Avengers have to deal with the reality of learning to communicate with each other in a whole different way. Uncertain if they'll be able to fight again, they enlist the help of their friends, and learn some surprising things about each other as they struggle to hold onto their identities as the World's Greatest Heroes.

A29)

Title: Fault Line (working title)
Genre: hurt/comfort, angst
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings: Sam/Steve, minor appearances by Natasha (Bucky is mentioned frequently and plays an important role, but does not actually appear in the fic).
Warnings: PTSD, depression, anxiety attacks, alcohol use
Rating: M
Summary:
Steve and Sam set off to find Bucky, but when the leads dry up the rescue mission turns into a roadtrip.

This is a combination of roadtrip fic and the start of Steve’s recovery post-TWS, with some mild Steve/Sam.

Visually: Sam and Steve are the most prominently featured characters, and the road trip nature of the fic lends itself to scenery-oriented drawings (in particular, the beach and nighttime scenes).

A30)

Title: untitled
Genre: Gen
Fandom/Universe: 616
Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton, Tony Stark, Steve Rogers
Warnings:Depiction of a teenager at risk, cussing
Rating: G
Summary: An origin story for Hawkeye drawn directly from comics canon but with all the detail the comics never delivered on what it was like for Clint in the gap between leaving the circus and becoming an Avenger.
My take on what it might have been like for him as he was homeless young and completely without support.
This is Clint cold and hungry and desperate and alone but still striving to be a hero.

A31)

Title: Tell Me Never
Genre: Drama, H/C
Fandom/Universe: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Characters/Pairings: Clint/Natasha
Warnings: Mentions of severe childhood abuse (as lifted from Clint's comic canon backstory) on more than one occasion. Also, there's talk about continuing a romantic relationship after the male partner is deaged into his late teens and a kiss or two, in case that may be a squick. The sex that makes up the rating happens before the deaging though.
Rating: NC-17
Summary: When Natasha and Clint are sent in to retrieve a piece of alien tech, it's supposed to be a standard mission: go in, pose as buyers, secure the tech. But things go south, Clint gets hit with the tech that seems to be some sort of weapon, and the next morning he wakes up as a seventeen-year-old. As it turns out, the change is irreversible, and both Clint and Natasha have to work out what that means for him, for her, and for them.
As mentioned above, there is a sex scene to draw, if you're looking for that, also a hotel room flooded by sunlight, some hospital stuff in the SHIELD medical bay, dark alleys and an airport and both their apartments. And, to be clear: there's no happy ending.

A32)

Title: Somewhere in the Dark
Genre: Angst, Action
Fandom/Universe: Captain America/Avengers
Characters/Pairings: Steve Rogers/Natasha Romanoff, Sam Wilson, Nick Fury, Maria Hill + cameos from Tony Stark, Clint Barton and Bruce Banner
Warnings: Violence, graphic aftermath of violence, sex. Post-Cap2
Rating: R/NC-17 (depends how smutty the sex scene I haven't written gets)
Summary: In the weeks following the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson spend their days tracking down leads to the winter soldier's whereabouts. But when Nick Fury shows up unannounced one night with the news that Natasha has gone missing, plans quickly change. And soon it becomes a race not only to find her but to figure out the circumstances around her disappearance. (And, of course, for Steve, it might be time to figure out how he finally feels about her.)

A33)

Title: October Snow
Genre: drama/romance
Fandom/Universe: The Avengers
Characters/Pairings: Steve/Loki slash
Warnings: none
Summary: This is sheer triumph; this is homecoming from a long journey with pockets full of gold, this is running through green pastures spreading under mountains as fast as you can and drinking goat milk from a bucket, this is dancing in the starlight; this is holding Loki’s hand as though his life depended on it.
Follow up to Cast Away (The Lingering Smell of Roses). As autumn advances, so does Steve's relationship with Loki.

Note to artists: this story takes place partly in Prague, in these locations: Charles University (Steve and Loki meet there) and Rudolfinum (where they go to a concert). There is also scene in a train when they sit across each other. Then they go to a Northern mountain region with beautiful autumn nature but deteriorated houses, and pick apples there. They watch a reed organ being burned. Then there is snow falling on trees that have to yet to shed their leaves. I’m sorry if this isn’t very helpful :).

A34)

Title: Avengers 2.0 (working title)
Genre: Angst/Adventure; gen-focused (but there are ships)
Fandom/Universe: MCU (takes place after CA 2), Agents of SHIELD, Young Avengers, TASM, lots of comicbook influences and characters
Characters/Pairings: Main Characters: Kate Bishop, Eli Bradley, Jonas/Vision, America Chavez, Teddy Altman, Billy Kaplan, Tommy Shepherd, Cassie Lang, Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Clint Barton, Natasha Romanoff, Thor, Bruce Banner, Sam Wilson, Bucky Barnes, Phil Coulson. Important Secondary Characters: Harley, Linda Carter, Skye, FitzSimmons, Melinda May, Maria Hill, Nick Fury, Baron von Strucker, George Tarleton. Ships: Clint/Coulson, Billy/Teddy, pre-Kate/Eli, pre-Cassie/Jonas; Background Pairings: Tony/Pepper, Thor/Jane, Bruce/Betty, implied Steve/Bucky and Fitz/Simmons.
Warnings: non-graphic discussions of past underage non-con; medical experimentation/torture; PTSD; MCU/AOS-level violence; passing discussions of racism, sexism, and homophobia.
Rating: T+ (may hedge into M territory as I write, but I am trying to avoid that)
Summary: Teenage vigilantes Kate Bishop and Peter Parker do their best to help New York take care of the messes left behind by the collapse of SHIELD and the scattering of the Avengers. Meanwhile, Jonas Vision - the android built to help Iron Man - is getting increasingly stifled by his overprotective father, JARVIS. Three kids who just want to help protect the world, but first have to deal with all the adults who keep trying to protect them, instead. They are about to get their chance - in the worst way possible.

HYDRA has in its clutches various products of both accidental and intentional experiments to create their own supersoldiers: Tommy Shepherd and Billy Kaplan, sons of a former HYDRA scientist gone rogue and experimented on before they were even born; Eli Bradley and America Chavez, generations away from the original American supersoldier the US Army never wanted the world to know about; and Teddy Altman and Cassie Lang, two kids in the wrong times and places, getting amazing powers and paying a horrific price for them. They are all HYDRA's hope for the future - and they want nothing to do with it. HYDRA thought teenagers with superpowers would be easier to control than adults - and they are about to find out just how wrong they were...the hard way.

Visuals (for the Artist): the kids go from plain white pants, shirts, and shoes when imprisoned to what can best be described as toned down streetclothes versions of their comicbook costumes, much in the same way the MCU!Avengers' uniforms are toned-down or militarized versions of their comicbook costumes (fic will have detailed descriptions). Most of the fic takes place in either brightly lit indoor spaces or dim/nighttime outdoor spaces (which are often urban environments), with the Stark Tower penthouse floor/suite being home to a few important scenes, as well as the rooftops of New York City. There is a very strong militaristic edge to the Avengers and Young Avengers, as per typical MCU fashion. There is also a lot of involvement of media as a major influence on people's actions and choices.

A35)

Title: Alight
Genre: Romance - Soulbond AU
Fandom/Universe: MCU, Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Characters/Pairings: Sam/Steve
Warnings: Canonical and canon typical violence, extensive discussion of canonical character death, grieving and emotional trauma, minor references to homophobia and to racism, discussions of sexuality, light sexual situations (Also: a scene in which a woman is afraid of a lurker outside her home and remains trapped there for many hours before help comes)
Rating: R
Summary: A person's soulmate is identified by a phrase on their skin- something they say early in their acquaintance that has a defining quality, their private 'mark'. Despite having buried his soulmate years ago Sam's mark is embarrassingly public, and he's heard "on your left'' more times than he can count. When he meets Steve they're quickly distracted by the events of CA:TWS, and there's no chance to understand what is happening between them.

Afterwards, Sam has to reconcile his apparent connection with Steve with his memories of Riley. Meanwhile Steve is wrestling with his own conflicts and doubts, most of which center on their search for the Winter Soldier. They'll need to learn to trust themselves, and each other, and reexamine their answers to the question of 'what is that 'love' business, anyways?'

This fic is primarily set in Washington D.C. The universe is all MCU (no comics references here) and follows canon closely in all things aside from the soulmates element. Inspired by this prompt.

Rating: Mature
Summary: Thor arrives at Stark Tower in the middle of the night, exhausted and spent from taking the journey entirely on his own using Mjolnir. Title: (Working Title) Vengence
Genre: Dark Universe
Fandom/Universe: Marvel Cinematic
Characters/Pairings: Phil Coulson/Clint Barton, Bucky Barnes/Steve Rogers, hinted Tony Stark/Pepper Potts/James Rhodes, Thor/Jane Foster
Warnings:(non con, mpreg, etc) Non-con, character deaths, excessive violence (including children), genocide, murder, mind control, suicidal thoughts, blackmail, torture, trans-planar war, sexual arousal from blood and violence
Rating: R (so, SO R)
Summary: Inspired by Guarantee and Leverage

Part 1: Loki comes to Earth to claim the Tesseract and Clint. Clint, however, is Phil's, and he's not going to give up his lover so easily. Against the WSC's orders, Phil activates the Avengers Initiative (Winter Soldier, Black Widow, War Machine, Magneto, Hulk, Thor), blackmailing or controlling each member into fighting against Asgard to save his mind controlled archer. It may be a mission to the death, but Valhalla welcomes all warriors. (Phil's POV)

Part 2: Clint discovers what it's like to be unmade, and then wakes up to a world where he murdered Phil. Fury wouldn't waste such a valuable asset, especially when the whole mess was caused by some unknown traitor in the heart of SHIELD. With nothing left but revenge, Clint secures the allegiance of the Earth-bound Avengers in time for HYDRA to emerge and take over. Donning the Stark-designed mask of Ronin, Clint fights a long and difficult civil war in the hopes of finally avenging his fallen lover. His mission is interrupted, though, by a summons to Asgard with the promise of intel, and a weapon capable of devastating HYDRA. (Clint's POV)

Part 3: The realms of Asgard are facing their own civil war. To gain the upper hand, Clint must do the impossible and kill the Hulk. This ambitious plan comes not from the warriors of the realm, but from Phil Coulson, waging battle against the minions of Hel. His success guarantees the location of the traitors that had him kidnapped and resulted in Phil's death. Heimdall also sends him to the one location on Earth that, according to him, is their greatest weapon against HYDRA. (Clint's POV) Phil wakes up to a world where SHIELD is fighting for its very survival and allies have become enemies. As memories recover far sooner than anyone expects, he comes to realize what a danger he is not only to HYDRA, but potentially the world itself. Fortunately, the Avengers are there to not only keep him stable, but exact ihs revenge on the bastards who took Clint from him. He doesn't mind being Fury's puppet Director, especially when he has Clint back, his enemies crushed, and Loki's head on a platter. (Phil's POV)

Before long, the two newcomers are fully initiated into the group, but only after complying with the Avenger's PJ's rule, bantering with the team while eating take-out, and finally attending one of the sacred Avenger's Wednesday movie nights.
Although it works out well this time, Tony hopes that Steve won't make bringing home strangers a normal occurrence.

Title: Sure Movin' Down the Line
Genre: Action/Adventure
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings: Sam Wilson, Maria Hill, James "Rhodey" Rhodes, T'Challa (Black Panther), Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Pepper Potts; Sam Wilson/Maria Hill
Warnings: No warnings apply
Rating: PG-13/T
Summary: Sam Wilson needs his wings fixed. Steve Rogers thinks he knows a guy who can do that, but as it turns out, Tony Stark didn't make the wings. He knows who did, though: T'Challa, the king of Wakanda and the genius behind the Wakandan Design Group. Sam, along with Rhodey and Maria Hill, goes to London to meet T'Challa . . . where unexpected dangers await them.

(Please be noted that since the story was largely written since August 9th, there are heavy race/racism-related themes.)

Title: The Tree of Life
Genre: Genfic, Alternate Reality
Fandom/Universe: Avengers/MCU
Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton, Phil Coulson, Nick Fury, Natasha Romanova, Bobbi Morse, Thor, Frigga, Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Bruce Banner, OFC, Clint Barton/Phil Coulson, Clint Barton/Nick Fury, Clint Barton/Phil Coulson/Nick Fury
Warnings: canonical (temporary) character death, some language, mild delirium brought on by painkillers
Rating: mature
Summary: The day Clint Barton moves into a new apartment building, he makes friends with a shy young woman that lives across the hall. She figures out pretty quickly that he's keeping secrets from her but she's okay with that. She never questions him about those times when he has to leave in the middle of the night or when he comes home after being gone two weeks and he's sporting fresh wounds. She's like the little sister he never had. And as their friendship grows and deepens, Clint comes to realize that Cayleigh's got secrets of her own. When Clint's world comes crashing down around his head, can Cayleigh's secrets be the key to putting his shattered heart back together?

This story takes place before, during, and after the events of "The Avengers." It is centered entirely in New York and two thirds of it is told from an outside perspective. It also offers a different manner of bringing Phil Coulson back from the dead, thus it ignores all canon events that have come after (the reveal of Coulson's revival as shown in Agents of SHIELD, specifically). There is a limited view of the actual events of the battle and brief mentions to events that have taken place before, such as Clint's trip to New Mexico for the events of "Thor.

Title: To Hug a Hulk
Genre: Humour
Fandom/Universe: MCU with a slight flavour of EMH
Characters/Pairings: Bruce Banner/Hulk, Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Clint Barton, Natasha Romanoff
Warnings:language, violence against insects, complete disregard of physics
Rating: PG
Summary:
It all started with a little girl and her cat. Actually, it probably started with the giant bugs, but the Avengers are trying to forget the giant bugs (although the insecticide Bruce developed will probably make him very rich). So there's a girl and her cat. And a confused Hulk who also happens to do heroic things and saves people because he's big and strong and sometimes angry for the right reasons. A few glimpses at a possible depth beyond the scary green rage monster and social media exploded with comments and analysis and theories. Until one voice among the million said: 'Maybe the Hulk just needs a hug.' Doctor Bruce Banner, who doesn't pay any attention to social media, was very confused by the results. Especially the t-shirts.
This story is complete and utter crack that somehow developed a slightly almost-serious subplot. Takes place at some point post-Avengers movie and utterly disregards IM3, CA2 and AOS. My characterization of the Hulk is inspired by his portrayal in EMH.

Title: untitled
Genre:
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings: Clint/Bucky takes up most of the fic, but Clint/Coulson is the emotional endgame
Warnings: Oh god, so many warnings! Dub-con, drunk sex, unnegotiated kink, sexual manipulation, sex under false pretenses, d/s, subspace, subdrop, lack of aftercare, choking, self-destructive behavior, suicidal ideation, angst, angst, angst and more angst, not safe sane consensual, everyone's an asshole!
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Clint's world falls apart on a Wednesday. Phil Coulson is not dead, rebuilding SHIELD, and somehow failed to tell Clint about either of these things. Needing a distraction and a release, Clint turns to Bucky Barnes. It's unhealthy he knows, and Bucky has no idea what he's signed up for, but Clint isn't hurting anyone, right? He just wants to reach that point where he won't have to think or feel any of the hurt. Sooner or later it will come crashing down around him, he knows, but the problem is, he can't bring himself to care.

Title: Fold and Freeze
Genre: Drama
Fandom/Universe: mcu/comics hybrid, basically I've taken what I want from both
Characters/Pairings: natasha/bucky, natasha/alexei, implied natasha/clint
Warnings: canon-typical violence, brainwashing
Rating:
Summary: Natalia Romanova dances in the ballet, the Black Widow kills men, Natasha Romanoff saves them. She is three girls and she is one, she lives three lifetimes and she lives one, she lives them with the Winter Soldier and without him. A Natasha-centric decade-spanning story about reconciling these lives and figuring out who she is.

Mostly set in Russia though surroundings aren't often important. Apartments and ballet studios and the red room mostly, most of one part is set on a plane. There are scenes from specific ballet’s referenced (Coppelia, Giselle and Swan Lake). Time period starts late 1960s to just post CATWS but again, there’s nothing really that time-specific about the writing.

Title: There's a common thread (that keeps me hanging on)
Genre: angst, (slight) magical realism AU
Fandom/Universe: MCU/Captain America movies
Characters/Pairings: Bucky/Steve, Natasha, Sam, various ensemble cast from the movies
Warnings: some explicit sex, lots of pain and hurt, references to (presumed) character death and suicide/suicidal ideation, references to torture and brainwashing, possible dubcon situations because of memory loss
Rating: nc-17
Summary:
Steve and Bucky grew up in a world of back streets rife with magic and enchantment, and when the time was right they formed a soul bond, carrying a piece of each other within themselves, always. But then the war happens. It pulls at their seams constantly until it eventually rips them apart in the worst way possible. Unfortunately when one's soul-bonded dies, they are left with a long, drawn-out death of their own to look forward to.

When Steve is subsequently woken in a science-driven future, he keeps a tight lid on his grief and the slow decaying of his body. That is, until he is faced with a new and unforeseen foe - one who wears the face of his dead bonded, and whose touch brings him to his knees.

Notes: The 'magic' of the world during the 30s is small scale - enchantments, charms, and the like, as well as rings and runes and potions. The bond is comparable to an invisible thread connecting the two. The modern day is mostly as we know it, but there are still pockets of magic left. However, the magic is largely a background part of this story. It centres more on how the bonding affects the general storyline of the movies, and Steve and Bucky's recovery thereafter.

Title: yet you’re far too beautiful to leave me (working title)
Genre: Drama
Fandom/Universe: MCU
Characters/Pairings: Steve Rogers/Peggy Carter/Bucky Barnes
Warnings: Age differences (from living through the decades as opposed to being frozen)
Rating: M
Summary: "You,” Peggy Carter says, “are supposed to be at the bottom of the ocean." She’s perched on the edge of his hotel bed, her hair long and straight and loose, her makeup subtle, her clothes modern. If she’s a ghost, she’s been keeping up with the times better than he has.

(Practical summary: Written for a prompt asking for Steve/Peggy/Bucky and immortality, this is a fic where Peggy receives the serum and stops aging prior to Steve’s selection as the one and only “official” recipient. The story is told in alternating timelines, starting just after Steve liberates the 107th, and then again a few days after Steve wakes up in the future, progressing through the events of CA:TWS.

Highlights for artists: London during the Blitz. Underground bunkers. Rainy days while on missions. Howling Commandos. Steve’s tricked-out WWII motorcycle. Bucky Barnes and scars he should and shouldn’t have. Threesomes. Steve being sad in various locations, including two apartments and a hotel room. That one bridge outside Fury’s secret hideout. Peggy attempting to be nurturing. Sharing a bed. And lots of kissing, if you’re into that sort of thing.)

Characters/Pairings: Steve/Tony (beginning pairing), Clint/Tony (end pairing), background Bruce/Natasha
Warnings: A/B/O, slut shaming, ageism, suicidal-like thoughts
Rating: E (explicit) or NC-17
Summary: Heats only ever happen when omega biology is kickstarted by drinking bloodwine - and Tony's never drunk a drop. Part of it was because his father made it clear how omegas could be taken advantage of during their heats, and part of it was because, when he made the decision to share in the monthly ritual, his chosen partners turned out to be... not that great.

Now, on the Avengers team, he wants to help his fellow omega Bruce out, help Bruce show Natasha he's interested, and Bruce makes it a condition that if he goes to the Dance, Tony must go as well. Tony briefly considers leaving off, but hey, he's old - who'd want an old omega? And this could finally be the time he could experience his heat under the watchful eyes of the Wardens, so no one could take advantage of him.

What could happen, right? Only, Tony didn't expect anyone to choose him - least of all Steve Rogers. But Steve Rogers has a different reason for picking Tony than Tony suspects…

But a close encounter with an Asgardian artifact dredges up the things she thought were buried long ago. Ghosts of the past mix with the people of her present and it may end changing her future.

Rating: NC-17
Summary:

Confused and overwhelmed, Steve makes the mistake of trusting her. Unbeknownst to Steve, Vásquez is in charge of an illegal DNA splicing ring, an organization that Nick Fury has been trying to shut down. Fury’s interest increases tenfold when he sees just who Vásquez’ new attack dog is. He makes it his top priority to figure out exactly how Steve survived the explosion and what kind of hold Vásquez has on him. Because Nick and Steve were buddies during WWII, and Nick will be damned if he lets some asshole warp someone like Steve.

Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton/Nick Fury; Clint/Nick/Natasha; Tony/Pepper
Warnings: Aliases used from other Jeremy Renner movies. Clint Barton is…
Rating: PG-15 so for mostly language
Summary: Marcus Johnson, aka Nicholas Fury, Jr., played the long game. He snagged a quote from Winston Churchill from World War II when he said, "I cannot forecast to you the action of Russia. It is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma; but perhaps there is a key…" and applied to the enemies of SHIELD. Fury set out to finish the job his father, Colonel Nick Fury, Howard Stark and Peggy Carter started when Steve Rogers flew Red Skull’s plane into the sea. His father retired, dumping SHIELD at his feet, Howard is dead and Peggy aged-can Nick, with the help of his shadow agents protect SHIELD from its enemies that are striking from within? There's more to Fury losing his eye than is generally known-Russian nesting dolls have nothing on Nick Fury.

Genre: Action/Adventure with a side of thriller and dashes of sci-fi, angst, and romance

Warnings: graphic depictions of violence, thoughts/discussion of suicide & self-harm, complex emotional and physical relationships among consenting adults

Title: What’s (the Point of) Your Name?
Genre: Romance, drama
Fandom/Universe: MCU (Iron Man, Thor, Avengers, Agents of SHIELD) with minor components of 616 (Battle Scars and Matt Fraction’s Hawkeye)
Characters/Pairings: Clint Barton/Phil Coulson, implied Clint Barton/Bobbi Morse, Phil Coulson, Clint Barton, Natasha Romanov, Jasper Sitwell, Nick Fury, Melinda May, Maria Hill, Pepper Potts
Warnings: Mild homophobic language by family members, discussion of workplace racial discrimination, implied ableist comments by a minor OC, implied internalized ableism, off-screen canon-typical violence
Rating: Explicit
Summary: When he was sixteen years old, Phil Coulson sold his first name to a demon (or, well, a demon-like creature). It seemed like a good idea at the time. Of course, it’s a little hard to make friends when people don’t even seem to realize that you exist outside of SHIELD. Only being known as “Agent Coulson” tends to do that. As for romance - well, who’d date someone whose first name they don’t even know?
But right after Coulson accepts the fact that he’s going to die alone, he meets Agent Clint Barton and promptly falls in love.
(Extra Notes: I’m damn well sticking to canon in the sense that Clint’s deaf and wears hearing aids - the behind the ear type, modified to look like standard issue SHIELD comms so as not to be too obvious. Also, Sitwell’s a good guy, despite what CATWS says. As for visuals, most of the story takes place in SHIELD HQ - the Triskelion - but there are a couple of scenes in a bar, specifically the Capitol City Brewing Company, and Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center in Arusha, Tanzania.)

Fandom/Universe: X-Men, movieverse. post-DoFP
Characters/Pairings: Logan/Scott, Logan & Jubilee friendship, Logan & Charles friendship
Warnings: n/a
Rating: PG
Summary: Logan finds himself returned to a world that is more different from the one he left behind than he could have ever imagined.

Things to expect in this fic: Logan, Scott, and Jubilee. A sort of retread scene from the future in Days of Future Past and a glance at the characters that Logan sees there. Gossip in a cafeteria-like setting. Discussions of relationships, including hinted possible underaged beginnings (there weren't, but the possibility is mentioned), divorce. Speculations by outside parties that any Logan from any time just isn't very good at letting himself have nice things. Jubilee throwing french fries at Logan.

Summary:“Wade Wilson dropped by last night. Brought pizza and beer,” Clint explained, like it was any other Friday. The only one who ever randomly dropped by on Clint and Phil was Nat, and she arrived baring Vodka and something generally too spicy to eat because she hated Clint.
“You had a pizza party with Deadpool.” Phil said. Clint slid down the couch onto his back, and started counting tiny spots on the ceiling. Yeah, that had happened.

Summary: The day SHIELD falls, Darcy Lewis probably should have run from the Hulk. Instead, she runs with him. When they’re captured by HYDRA and there’s no SHIELD to help them, Darcy has to figure out how to collaborate with the enemy until she can get Bruce free. That's too big a job for one woman working alone, but luckily she has help -- from Pepper Potts and Maria Hill.

Rating: PG
Summary: What if everyone was born color blind, until they met their soulmate? What if you were told that when you meet The One the world will turn into color and everything will be perfect?

Steve has always seen in color, until Bucky falls. When they meet the winter soldier on the bridge there is a flash of color, but it takes time for Bucky to come back, and still, things are not perfect.
