Last night was better than last year by far. I went down to Shannon's and he made dinner. He made the Barefoot Contessa mac & cheese and it was very tasty. Much better than anything I've ever found. We had a couple cocktails then went to a 10pm Rocky Horror Picture Show. It was well attended and they had people act it out in front. I confess ( Read more... )

I have a Barefoot Contessa cookbook. I must check to see if the mac & cheese recipe is in it.

It uses gruyere and sharp cheddar.
