Yes, I'm sorry. It's basically the adjective form of glow, so...an icon that glows (according to dictionary.com - glow = to shine with a steady light).
Hmm. There're a little complicated than what I'm used to, being an icon beginner, but I'm definitely going to still give it a shot! I also *love* the fact that you gave us samples of what you're looking for!!
I have faith that you'll do great! And if you need it, here is a masterlist of really good tutorials by really good makers, and there's always ask the maker, which is full of inspiration (check out the masterlists to get a comprehensive list). Also, if you need EVEN MORE inspiration, try iconpraise. There's so much pretty!
I'm always free to chat if you have questions too :)
As you're so gracious as to offer, I do have a question. I posed it already to another icon tutorial comm (thanks for the links to these), but no one was really able to give me a concrete answer. Another of my 20in20 comms has a light spots challenge. What do you think they mean by that?
Which 20in20 is it? I'd be more than happy to pop in and see if I can figure out what they mean (I think I know but I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction or anything) :)
Since I got this wrong before in another 20in20 - when you say March 2nd Midnight, you mean that we have all day of March 2nd to make icons as well, right? RL kept keeping me busy so far, but I should have all day tomorrow to make them.

Now I just have to finish the rest of the icons without getting distracted by all the pretty screencaps that don't fit my claim :)
