I admit I've been looking forward to this prompt being filled. ;)
Although it was more about the character than the jerking off *g*, I liked your version quite a bit, with the vague memories (about certain blond people) and the way his artifical arm touching him feels like someone else is there, giving him the context he needs to feel like a real person.
And, most importantly: The last sentence is perfect.

When I took the prompt, I took it cause it was an adult rated prompt but when I sat down to write it my porn muse decided to take a vacation. Really sorry about that.

I'm glad that you still liked it, though. The way I was picturing it was the artificial arm acting the same way as sitting on your hand for half an hour to get that numbness so that it feels like someone else and then you can lose yourself in the fantasies.

*flails* This is wonderful - poor Bucky. It's so sad - he finds comfort in the fact that the prosthetic isn't really part of his body and that makes that little tiny bit of escapism he can find for himself just so much sadder. And that he had to beg for contraband lube is such a small but dehumanising touch. The last line is awesome - I'm so glad he hasn't lost hope in there.

Thanks so much for the comment. It was the first idea that came to mind. Winter Soldier had to be tightly monitored, and had to have memory leaks because they kept resetting him. So this was hopefully a peak into what he's like before they put him back in storage.
