Where credit is due.
Some of my icons are made by me and some of them are made by other people. I make sure to include the name of icon makers in the file name of any icons I save, but I don't put them on my allpics.bml page. I view the icons page as an extension of the journal, and I usually spend a lot of time staring at it while choosing what icon to use with any comment or post I make. (The "browse" function might replace this habit, but I have yet to adapt.) Cluttering it with stuff in the comment box irritates me, and I don't see icon credit as a big enough concern to put up with constant irritation.
Anyway, here's a list of the makers of any of my icons not made by me. If you specifically want to know about one, ask me and I will look it up. Or tell you I made it myself.
