honesty: i didn't read the whole post. i was intimidated by the giant block of text. however, i'd like to address one thing.

"life is always complicated and full of drama."
this is not necessarily true. personally, i'm a fan of complexity. but life can be simple, and dramaless. it rarely remains so for extended periods of time, but those oases do exist in the seeming desert of ennui and angst. tell the teenagers.
