well, i have always considered myself an aetheist, but over the years I figured that while I do not belong to any religious groups, I do believe that there is a superior being, almost like an creator or a pair of watchful eyes. And even that belief is a little shaky because I think I dont necessarily want to believe in that superior being. I just do because religion is so prevalent in my surrounding that I feel if I don't, then many things cannot be expalined.

Why not ask him yourself?

James 1

5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men
liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Ephesians 1

18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is
the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in
the saints,

Ephesians 4

18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God
through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their
heart:

John 3

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I'm being serious!

Before I even start my reply, I just want everyone to know that I fully respect religious people and their beliefs.

And about your saying that I should ask God himself, help me here, how can I do so? I know others pray and request for guidance and help, but somehow I feel that they never truly receive a response. Some people who have lost their child, prayed, and found him/her, accredit God for the good ending and thank the lord for responding to their prayer. But how can we be sure that finding the child is not just a coincident?

Once again, I am just questioning here, not denouncing any beliefs whatsoever.
