I'm coming home for two weeks! Will anyone be there?

This has been one of the more stressful weekends of my life. Yesterday afternoon, at about one o'clock, I'm reading my email, and I see the director of Boy Gets Girl has sent me one. Apparently Ellen is really excited about my Open Space proposal and wants to be my advisor. That's pretty cool. Just to update, I did not get into the play, but I think assistant directing will be a good experience. Oh, and the cast list was pretty interesting, a couple of really talented actresses did not get in, including one who has gotten the lead or almost the lead in every theatre department production she's tried out for. Last night in bed I had a panicky moment of "I don't want to be here." I think it has passed. I hope.

Today Amy took me out to lunch (mmm) and then we went shopping and I bought pants, a belt, and tights. Good times. We were almost late to the license bureau, where I desperately had to renew my drivers license, but we made it!
