That's pretty important. Would you take it again?

Yes. If it's done right, you'll lose 8-12 pounds in 10 days, solid fat. It's amazing.

I remember our conversations - two questions. I understand there's precautions to take, outside of that, is it too much for any organs? How many weeks can you take it for?

You only take it for just over a week. You can do an extended low-dose course, but it won't be as effective.

Because it metabolizes fat at a huge rate, your body will be screaming with free radicals. Taking mountains of anti-oxidants is a must while on DNP to avoid bad things happening to your body because of said free radicals. You must also drink gallons of water daily to remain hydrated. It doesn't "affect" any organ more than any other organ.

Basically, it works by preventing your body from forming ADP into ATP, forcing your body instead to burn fat to make up the energy difference. Because of the way it works and the fact that you eat a normal number of calories while on it, you won't burn protein in lieu of fat, so your muscles are, generally, safe.
